Terms and Conditions – 888boa: Rules, Rights and Responsibilities

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and the platform 888boa, operated under the registered trademark 888boa. By accessing, browsing, or using any service offered by the platform — whether on a computer, mobile phone, tablet, or any other device — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full.

Acceptance occurs when you check the agreement box during the registration process. If you are under 18 years of age or under any legal condition that prevents you from entering into contracts in Brazil, you are prohibited from using the services of 888boa.

The 888boa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the services of the 888boa, you must:

• Have 18 years of age or older at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
• Must not have been previously banned from the platform for a Terms violation;
• Must not be under an active self-exclusion on any gaming platform.

One account per person

Only one is permitted one account per CPF, per residential IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses or circumvent restrictions constitutes fraud and will result in the permanent blocking of all accounts involved, with balances withheld as set out in these clauses.

Registration data

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Outdated or incorrect details may delay withdrawal processing and identity verification. The 888boa is not liable for delays resulting from incorrect information provided by the player.

Identity Verification (KYC)

The 888boa is legally required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This procedure, known as KYC (Know Your Customer), is standard across the online casino industry and aims to prevent money laundering and underage use of the platform.

Required documents

• Photo ID: National ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or passport — front and back;
• CPF proof: CPF card or any document containing it;

Deposit limits

General deposit conditions

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. Depositing funds from third parties or from another person's account is prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from unlawful sources will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

The 888boa does not charge fees on deposits. Any banking fees are the player's responsibility, as determined by their financial institution's own policies.

Withdrawals

The 888boa processes withdrawals exclusively to the same account used for the deposit and in the name of the verified account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Method and timeframe

• Pix: preferred method — processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts;
• TED: up to 1 business day after internal approval;
• Other methods: subject to each payment provider's processing time.

Withdrawal limits

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00 per request;
• Maximum daily withdrawal: R$ 50,000.00 (subject to review for VIP accounts);
• Maximum monthly withdrawal: R$ 200,000.00.

Withdrawal release conditions

For a withdrawal to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

1. The player's account must be verified (KYC approved);
2. The balance to be withdrawn must be real money balance — not bonus balance with a pending rollover;
3. There must be no ongoing investigation into suspicious activity;
4. The player must not have violated any item of these Terms.

The 888boa may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 as a compliance measure. This request may add up to 48 hours to the processing time.

Bonuses and Promotions

The 888boa runs promotions on a regular basis, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and special offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms, available on the promotion page. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.

Rollover (wagering requirement)

Any bonus granted by the 888boa is subject to a rollover requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus balance can be converted into real-money balance and withdrawn. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 5x (five times) the value of the bonus received.

General bonus rules

• Each bonus has a set expiration date — unused bonuses are automatically canceled when the deadline passes;
• Only one promotion may be active at a time, unless otherwise expressly stated;
• Bets placed with bonus balance on excluded games do not count toward the rollover;
• The 888boa may cancel bonuses and withhold winnings if promotional abuse or the use of multiple accounts is detected;
• Withdrawals requested before the rollover requirement is fully met will result in the cancellation of any remaining bonus balance;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value until rollover requirements are met.

Games with reduced rollover contribution

Bets on certain games may contribute at a reduced percentage toward meeting the rollover requirement. Sports bets with odds below 1.50 contribute 0% toward casino bonus rollovers. The full contribution table by game category is available in the promotions section inside the 888boa.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at 888boa cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international competitions), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and dozens of other sports.

Bet settlement

• Bets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant competition or governing body;
• If a match is canceled or postponed with no new date confirmed, all bets are refunded;
• Events postponed by more than 12 hours are treated as cancelled for settlement purposes;
• The 888boa reserves the right to suspend markets during event interruptions or when reliable information is unavailable.

Invalid bets and odds errors

Odds published due to a technical error (odds clearly outside standard market range) may be corrected prior to settlement. The 888boa reserves the right to cancel or re-settle bets placed at incorrect odds, returning the staked amount to the player's balance. Bets placed in bad faith to exploit obvious odds errors constitute prohibited conduct under Clause 10.

Live Betting

Live (in-play) bets are settled based on the information available at the time the system accepts the bet. Any data transmission delays are not the responsibility of the 888boa.

Casino, Slots & Jackpots Rules

All casino games available at 888boa — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and jackpots — are provided by certified suppliers with Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent laboratories.

Results and technical failures

• In the event of a technical failure during a round, the 888boa will investigate the incident and either refund the bet or complete the round based on data recorded on the server;
• Results displayed incorrectly on screen due to a connection failure on the player's side do not affect the actual result recorded on the server;
• The 888boa is not liable for losses resulting from an internet connection failure on the player's side.

Progressive Jackpots

The jackpot amounts displayed on the platform are updated in real time from our partner providers' servers. The 888boa has no control over the accumulated amount or the timing of progressive jackpot distributions — these parameters are defined and managed exclusively by the providers. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed amount and the amount paid, the provider's server record shall prevail.

Bet limits in casino games

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed in the game interface before each round. The 888boa may impose additional account limits at any time, particularly when prohibited betting systems are suspected.

Poker Rules

The poker room at 888boa operates under the following general rules, supplemented by the specific rules for each game type (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Sit & Go, MTTs):

• The rake charged by the 888boa at cash tables and tournaments is clearly displayed on each table card before seating;
• Each player may participate in multiple tables simultaneously, subject to the platform's technical limits;
• Collusion between players — combining strategies to benefit one participant at the expense of others — is strictly prohibited and subject to permanent banning;
• The use of real-time assistance software (bots, solvers connected to the table during play) is prohibited and actively monitored by the 888boa;
• Guaranteed tournaments have their minimum prize pool covered by the 888boa if the number of registrants does not reach the announced guaranteed amount;
• Rebuys and add-ons are only allowed in tournaments where that option is explicitly available, within the blind levels and deadlines specified.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 888boa and may result in a temporary suspension or permanent ban, with balances withheld:

• Creation of multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses or circumvent restrictions;
• Use of bots or automation software to play in an automated manner in any game mode;
• Collusion in poker games or any competitive format between players;
• Exploitation of technical errors odds or game mechanics intentionally and repeatedly;
• Money laundering: use of the platform to move funds of unlawful origin;
• Use of third-party cards or bank accounts belonging to other people for deposits;
• Threats or abusive behavior directed at support agents or other players;
• Submission of false documents during the identity verification process;
• Access by persons under 18 years of age, even with a guardian's consent.

The 888boa cooperates with the relevant authorities and may provide account data involved in unlawful activities upon legal request, in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

Account Closure

Account Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time via the support chat or by emailing contato@888boa.best. Before closure, you can withdraw any available real-money balance. Account closure does not cancel withdrawals already in progress.

Closure by 888boa

The 888boa may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any item in these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or unlawful conduct;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;
• Request from a competent authority;
• Account inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months.

Balance in closed accounts

In the event of closure due to a Terms violation, the 888boa may retain the account balance, including real-money funds, depending on the severity of the violation. The player has the right to contest the decision through the dispute channel described in Clause 16. In the event of closure due to inactivity, the real-money balance remains available for an additional 12 months upon request by the account holder.

Limitation of Liability

The 888boa is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from an internet connection failure on the player's end;
• Betting decisions made based on incorrect information published by third parties;
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or technical emergencies, provided they are communicated with reasonable notice;
• Odds changes resulting from normal market fluctuations before the bet is confirmed.

The maximum liability of the 888boa in any dispute is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the specific transaction subject to the claim. The 888boa does not guarantee winnings, returns, or any favorable outcome in any game mode available on the platform.

Responsible Gambling

The 888boa is committed to responsible gambling and offers the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming behavior:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits that the system enforces automatically;
• Bet limits: restriction on the maximum amount wagered per session or per day;
• Session time alerts: periodic notifications about elapsed playing time;
• Temporary self-exclusion: voluntary break from 1 day to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure — irreversible after 24 hours from the request.

Changes to These Terms

The 888boa may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, updates to the products offered, or operational adjustments. Changes will be communicated with at least 7 calendar days before they take effect, via the registered email address and/or an in-platform notification.

If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes tacit acceptance of the revised Terms.

Changes required by immediate legal obligation may take effect without prior notice. In that case, the 888boa will notify players as soon as possible after implementation.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular:

• Brazilian Civil Code (Lei nº 10.406/2002);
• Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990);
• General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018);
• Anti-Money Laundering Law (Law No. 9.613/1998);
• Specific legislation on sports betting and gambling under current regulations.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute between the player and the 888boa, the process must be initiated through the official support channel (live chat or contato@888boa.best). The 888boa commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of the district of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected as the competent jurisdiction to settle any matters arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
